DAY 1 - ARRIVE IN NEW DELHI
Touch down and kick off the adventure as our team welcomes you on arrival and whisks you away to your hotel, where we’ll help you settle in before your Himalayan expedition begins.
As the evening sets in, meet your photography guide for an exciting expedition briefing packed with insider tips and expert advice. You’ll dive into the adventure ahead, fine-tune your camera settings, and get all your questions answered before heading into the wild in search of the elusive Snow Leopard.
The evening is the perfect chance to swap stories, meet your fellow photographers, and fuel up over dinner before turning in for the night — resting up for the epic journey into the National Parks.
DAY 2 - nEW DELHI TO RAIPUR
After breakfast, the real adventure begins as the group departs for the airport and boards a flight to Raipur. From there, we journey deep into the heart of central India — a thrilling 220-kilometre drive through remote villages, rugged countryside, and untamed landscapes. As the wilderness slowly closes in, anticipation builds with every mile until, at last, we arrive at the legendary Kanha National Park — a land of dense jungle, hidden trails, and unforgettable encounters with the wild.
Upon arrival, we’ll check into our jungle resort, grab a quick lunch, and waste no time before plunging into the wild on our very first afternoon safari. As we venture deep into the forests of Kanha National Park, every rustle in the grass and distant alarm call heightens the anticipation of an unforgettable moment — our first sighting of the elusive Royal Bengal Tiger. After an exhilarating afternoon in the wilderness, we’ll return for dinner beneath the stars, sharing stories and reliving the excitement of our first jungle adventure.
DAY 3 & 4 - kANHA
Before dawn each morning, we’ll set out into the darkness and make our way toward the gates of Kanha National Park, where the jungle slowly awakens around us. Joined by our expert tracker, we’ll venture deep into the heart of this legendary wilderness, following hidden trails and fresh signs in search of India’s most iconic wildlife. Drawing on years of experience, our guide and driver will read alarm calls, tracks, and movements in the forest to track elusive predators and rare species alike — from the mighty Royal Bengal Tiger and stealthy leopards to the endangered barasingha, gaur bison, jackals, spotted deer, and more than 300 species of birds that fill the jungle with life and sound.
With just three photographers per jeep, you’ll have plenty of room to move freely, react quickly, and capture every pulse-racing moment in the wild. As we navigate the breathtaking landscapes of Kanha National Park, wildlife can appear at any moment. Every drive becomes an expedition into the unknown, placing you right in the heart of the action with unrivalled opportunities to photograph the raw beauty of India’s wilderness.
DAY 5 - kANHA TO BANDHAVGARH
We’ll conclude our exploration of Kanha National Park with one final dawn safari, venturing into the jungle as the forest comes alive in the golden morning light. After our last adventure in Kanha, we’ll set out on an epic overland journey toward the legendary Bandhavgarh National Park. Covering roughly 280 kilometres through the heart of rural India, the six-hour drive takes us across ever-changing landscapes, remote villages, and untamed countryside. Along the way, we’ll pause at local stops to stretch our legs, enjoy refreshments, capture photographs, and soak in the atmosphere before continuing deeper into tiger country.
Upon arrival, we’ll check into our jungle retreat and settle in after the day’s expedition through the heart of India’s wild landscapes. As night falls and the sounds of the forest echo around us, we’ll gather for dinner to relive the highlights of our journey so far, share stories from the trail, and build anticipation for the next safari adventure awaiting us at Bandhavgarh National Park.
DAY 6, 7 & 8 - BANDHAVGARH
At first light, we’ll rise with the jungle and gather at the front of the hotel, where our drivers will be waiting with three safari jeeps ready to roll. As the gates open, we’ll surge into the wilderness of Bandhavgarh National Park, beginning an unforgettable expedition across its three distinct zones — Tala, Magadhi, and Khitauli. Each area offers its own untamed character, hidden trails, and chance encounters with the wild, as we track movement through the forest and follow the rhythm of the awakening jungle in search of extraordinary sightings.
Across the journey, we’ll venture deep into the wild in search of unforgettable encounters — from powerful tigers and elusive leopards to elephants moving silently through the forest, sloth bears foraging in the undergrowth, and foxes and jackals weaving through the shadows. Within the vast expanse of Bandhavgarh National Park, home to 22 mammal species and around 250 species of birds, every drive holds the promise of something extraordinary. With wildlife all around and nature unfolding at every turn, you’ll have endless opportunities to capture striking, once-in-a-lifetime photographs of animals in their raw, untamed habitat.
DAY 9 & 10 - BANDHAVGARH - DELHI
After breakfast, we begin the final chapter of our expedition — leaving the wilderness behind as we set out on the road back to Jabalpur airport which is approximately 200 kilometers, 4 hour drive.. From there, we board our flight to New Delhi, carrying with us memories of the jungle still fresh in our minds.
On arrival, a representative will be waiting to greet you and escort you to your hotel in the city. The evening is yours to unwind, rest, and let the adventure sink in — reflecting on the incredible journey through India’s wild heart before your onward flights home the following day.
